I've spent over 10 years in the consulting industry across the US and Europe — partnering with leaders, shaping people strategy, and gaining a firsthand understanding of what high-stakes leadership truly costs and demands. That experience is the foundation of everything I do as a coach.
Here's what I know to be true: great leadership doesn't come from doing more — it comes from leading as your most authentic self. That leader already exists within you. We simply clear the path to them.

My Mission & Purpose
My mission is to help leaders close the gap between how they currently show up and the leader they know they're capable of being — through deepened self-awareness and reconnecting to the values that make leadership feel like their own.
My journey into this work began from the inside. I was leading a high-pressure role while navigating becoming a first-time mother — doing what so many leaders do: pushing through. Coaching changed that. It sharpened my thinking, helped me lead with intention rather than reaction, and fundamentally shifted how I showed up — in the room, under pressure, and at my best.
But the real turning point came in moments of intensity — when I knew exactly what the right move was, yet couldn't access it when it mattered most. That gap between knowing and doing is where I discovered the deeper work. Because lasting leadership transformation goes beyond mindset. It requires understanding what drives your patterns, learning to regulate your inner state under pressure, and developing the kind of presence that holds steady when everything around you doesn't. That's the foundation of my approach — and what allows the leaders I work with to stop reacting and start leading with intention, even when the stakes are high.
